Supervisors Approve PB Inclusionary Housing (Area D)

The Monterey County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the Pebble Beach Co.’s affordable apartment complex on Tuesday.  Under the $7.5 million project proposal, the complex will be built in four buildings on 2.7 acres of the site, with the remaining 10.5 acres remaining open space, and an 8.4 acre portion of the 135-acre Old Capitol site being dedicated to the County as mitigation for the loss of Monterey pine forest.
