PBC Drone Policy

“PBC prohibits the operation of unmanned aerial systems (“Drones”) on or above PBC property at any time without prior written authorization from PBC. This includes the use of Drones by recreational users and hobbyists, as well as the professional use of Drones for commercial or business purposes.

Drones authorized to operate on or above PBC property must be approved in advance, pay a fee and at all times be in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) rules and regulations; applicable federal, state and local laws; and any policies implemented by PBC. Any violation of this policy may result in suspension of access privileges to PBC property, including Pebble Beach Resorts.

Drone operators, authorized and unauthorized, will be held responsible for any damages resulting from Drone use, including, but not limited to, damages for trespass, violations of privacy, physical injuries to people and/or property, and such other relief as allowed by law.”
