Annual Road Fee Changes

Effective November 1, 2018, the Del Monte Forest road maintenance fee for the 2018 calendar year is $1,135 per habitable structure on the property per year.  In order to maintain and improve the condition of our roads, the Pebble Beach Company will require all properties undergoing significant remodels and improvements to be assessed at the current rate.
