Maureen and her husband, David, have been property owners in the Forest since mid 1998 becoming full time residents after David’s retirement from the US Department of State in late 2005. They have two children who both live and work in Melbourne, Australia.
Maureen grew up in San Juan Bautista, Hollister, and Salinas. After finishing nursing school in the Bay Area, she spent most of the next 34 years living and working overseas as an Army Nurse, Peace Corps Volunteer and Staff and various other medical and administrative jobs with US Embassies. Currently, Maureen volunteers with the American Cancer Society and serves on the board of the PG Women’s Golf Club.
