Monitor traffic issues affecting property owners in Del Monte Forest
Represent property owners at meetings with Pebble Beach Community Services District
Develop Neighborhood Watch Programs in neighborhoods of interested property owners.
Monitor road conditions in the Forest and interface with the Pebble Beach Company regarding road maintenance per the 1984 DMF Area Land Use Plan Agreement between PBC and the Monterey County Board of Supervisors.
Semiannual Meetings/Special Events
Arrange contract for meeting room with Inn at Spanish Bay (May and November)
Determine speaker(s), and if an honorarium is in order
Develop an agenda
Tour meeting room with Pebble Beach staff approximately one week prior to the meeting
Arrange for a meeting reminder postcard to be distributed to members 3 weeks ahead
Determine if music will be provided; if so, make the arrangements
Arrive at the meeting 1-1/2 hours ahead and inspect the room set-up
Afterward, list suggestions for improving future meetings
